Halawat ("sweetness" in Arabic) has been a top seller at Birmingham markets this Spring! Ameera is a Palestinian self taught baker who was born and raised here in Birmingham. Passionate of baking since a child, she took to the kitchen for professional experience at one of Birmingham's top French bakeries.

From there she was inspired to begin something of her own & Halawat was born. These sweets are meant to remind you of home and bring a little taste of the middle east to Birmingham.
