Understand more on how we enable you to shop farm-fresh, Alabama farms online.

In order to optimize freshness and quality of your farm fresh foods, we open ordering from Sunday-Wednesday for you to have the opportunity to receive your foods every Saturday. As a result, we’re able to ensure, your fruits, and vegetables were harvested just days prior to hitting your plate. Because of this, your food lasts longer and is much more nutritious.

Can I do pickup one week and delivery the next?  

Absolutely! Each time you order you can select pickup or delivery.

What is required of me for delivery?  

To ensure freshness and a successful delivery we ask that you: 1. Leave your insulated till bag with frozen ice packs zipped and on your porch awaiting your order 2. Deliveries are between 8am-12pm on Saturdays. To ensure freshness, please have it brought inside within an hour of receiving your verification email.

When do I have to submit my order?

Each week you have from Sunday-Wednesday at 5pm to create and submit your weeks till order. You are unable to submit an order for Saturday pickup/delivery after Wednesday at 5pm. 

How do I get an insulated till bag?  

All you need to do is opt-in for delivery & we’ll drop one at your doorstep. If you would like an additional bag or do not qualify for delivery and would like one you can buy them on the website. We’ll ship it to you from there.  

Do I have to pay for my membership all at once?

No. You have the option to choose to pay your membership monthly ($12/mo) or upfront for the year at a discounted rate ($99).

Where do you deliver to? 

Currently, we will be delivering to 10 qualifying Homewood, Vestavia, and Mountain Brook zip codes on Saturday. Those zip codes are: 35213, 35209, 35243, 35242, 35223, 35216, 35222, 35233, 35203 and 35205.  

If we find it valuable for customers, we will expand delivery to cover all of Birmingham.  

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

When paying monthly, you can cancel your membership at any time.  

Will you continually be adding farms and selections for each farm? 

Absolutely. Not only do we continually update our farm’s selections as their harvests ripen, but we will continue to add new farms to till to enhance selection on the site.  

Is there an app? 

Not at this time. Though, the website is mobile friendly.  

What if I’m out of town for one week?  

That’s ok! We don’t expect you to stay in Birmingham every single weekend. If you will be out of town, simply don’t place your order for the week. There are no penalties or charges associated with not ordering on any given week.  

Is there a minimum/maximum order amount?  

No. You can order as little as you would like (one bag of lettuce) or as much as you would like! Delivery is a flat rate charge regardless of order size.  

Will you deliver or do pick up on days other than Saturday?

Because your farmers are harvesting your order just days prior to your pickup, we are currently limiting pickup and delivery to Saturdays. We’re working on adding a weekday option soon.

Where are the pickup locations?  What time is pickup available?

Pickup is on Saturdays from 9am-12pm. Our current pickup location is in the Oliver Square shopping center in Cahaba Heights. The address is:

If you are unable to pick up your till bag from the location above on Saturdays prior to 12pm your bag will be donated to our mission partner.
