Mahi is a versatile fish caught wild on the Gulf Coast from April to September.  A moist, firm-textured fish considered by many to be sweet tasting.   It has a low fat content - less than 1% by weight.  Great for use in just about any recipe, but Mahi is our choice for the best fish tacos!
