In the pantheon of cheeses, Halloumi stands apart. This cheese doesn't melt and when sautéed, grilled, or fried, it forms a wonderful crisp golden brown crust. In fact, we refer to it as "the steak of cheese." Our Halloumi is made fresh each month, with much less salt than imported varieties, to allow the delicate flavor of our sheep milk to shine through.
