Kohlrabi is a descendant of wild cabbage. It’s taste is similar to that of a broccoli stem but sweeter and milder. It is best eaten raw, like a turnip or radish added to a salad. Our favorite way to cook this veggie is as a slaw with sweet apples or roasted in the oven.
