A West Coast favorite comes to the South! Often referred to as the “California Steak” this steak comes from the Tri-Tip Roast and was first marketed from a butcher in Oakland, CA. This 100% Grass-fed steak is juicy and flavorful from its superb marbling and from our cows’ pastured lifestyle.

Best served pan-seared or grilled, but is often used for chili con carne
